Human Resources has been a significant part of her life for over 20 years. She is dedicated to acquiring new corporate clients across Ottima, including headhunting. There she is responsible for project management of individual assignments, selected key accounts and sourcing candidates primarily for senior roles. She manages the entire recruitment process, interviews candidates, and personally introduces the best to clients. She also manages other staffing services for clients, such as consulting and outsourcing. Based on her long-term experience, she also provides career counselling to candidates for senior positions.

What do I enjoy?
I like to have people around me and I enjoy a lively atmosphere. I am an adventurous person, enjoying active time with my family, four-legged Cavalier and friends. I enjoy watching travelogues as well as mysteries movies. My favourite genres also include fantasy or science fiction. I am a music lover and find joy in singing, dancing and playing the guitar. Sport is a big part of my life. I enjoy movement, but even more so I enjoy being an active sports fan for my two teenagers. My interest in people has also recently led me to study psychology. I am trying to use my new knowledge in my life, and I am affirming that it makes sense to play fair and look at actions instead of words, no matter what happens.
