Iveta Hošková
Working at Ottima is Iveta’s second work experience in the field of human resources. She plays an important role in the team in terms of consultant support. She is dedicated to active sourcing and reaching out suitable candidates, including first calls. In part, she manages the professional personality testing process. She maintains an internal database in which she records all relevant information about the selection process.

What do I enjoy?
I spend a lot of time in nature. My favourite sports are volleyball, skiing, cycling and yoga. Outside on a walk, you can most often find me with my family and friends. I am currently a 3rd year student at VŠEM, majoring in Human Resources. I like to help people and it makes me pleasure when I can improve the mood of people around me. In my free time I plan trips and events for myself and my loved ones.
