Michaela Bláhová
She became interested in marketing in high school and continues to study it in college. She therefore joined marketing support at Ottima, maintaining social networks, and web management. In particular, she focuses on communication plans, graphics and the overall look and feel of the social networks. Thanks to her diligence, she soon got into the basic processes of recruitment and now looks after not only Ottima’s headhunt but also clients.

What do I enjoy?
Dance has always been my greatest passion. I devoted 17 years to it at a competitive level, where I learned discipline and perseverance. Sport is therefore a natural part of my life — whether it’s the gym, tennis, badminton, or calmer activities like darts, which I most enjoy playing with my dad. I love travelling, especially with the right people. I enjoy theatre, a good TV series, books, and above all spending quality time with my family and friends. Routine doesn’t suit me, which is why I chose a creative path in both my studies and career. Creativity gives me energy — just like the people around me.
