Tereza Košatová
Working at Ottima while studying is her first experience in the field of Human Resources. She plays an important role in the team in terms of supporting the consultants. In particular, she is involved in targeting and contacting suitable candidates and she partly manages the personality testing process. She also looks after the internal database, where she records all important information about the selection process.

What do I enjoy?
I’ve been a big fan of dance since I was a little girl. I danced competitively in Street Dance for eight years and it made me fall in love with the sport. Now I like to go to the gym with a friend and when the weather is nice I’m open to all outdoor sports, even cycling, which I used to hate as a kid. I love to travel and experience different cultures and behaviour of people in each country. I’m an extrovert and enjoy the company of my family and friends around me, but also I enjoy a day alone with a series and some good food. I love meeting new people and interacting with them because I know that communication and listening is the right way to succeed, whether in personal or professional life.
