Tereza Krátká
Working at Ottima represents her first professional experience in the field of human resources, where she has brought fresh energy along with a high level of attention to detail. As a Recruitment Assistant, she primarily focuses on sourcing and approaching suitable candidate profiles on the job market. At the same time, she is responsible for managing the client database and providing administrative support for projects, ensuring that we have a clear and comprehensive overview of every candidate.

What do I enjoy?
I like to spend my free time actively, but I also enjoy quiet moments with books or TV series. You’ll often find me in nature, whether on walks or skiing in winter. I enjoy playing volleyball with friends, and we spend time together in many ways — over coffee, through sports, or while travelling. I am currently studying Economics and Management at CVUT in Prague. One of my favourite weekend activities is watching Formula 1. I enjoy trying new things and thrive in environments where something is always happening.
